Very thorough and friendly. After the inspection Dennis quickly printed and assembled a professional binder with an outline of what he inspected and pictures of any correlating defects. I called later to ask a follow up question and Dennis gladly took the time to fully answer. Great job!

During my home inspection career I have inspected many decks and porches. One of the most common issues I find is a lack of paint or stain on the wood to keep it protected. If water is allowed to penetrate the wood it will cause the wood to deteriorate. Read the rest of this entry »
