If you are looking for a Home Inspector to inspection your Single Family Home here are 2 examples of my reports. This is the first Home Inspection Sample Report. It is a regular single family home that was built before 2010.

And the second Home Inspection Sample Report is a report of a older home that was build before 1910. These homes usually take much longer to inspect. They have great character but sometimes have issues that take longer to look at. Plus the basements are usually not finished because they where not designed to be a living space. And since they are so old many of them have had improvements that have been added over the years. Such as updated plumbing, electrical, heating systems or additions. Plus sometimes these homes have not been kept up like they should so there are some issues that might need extra attention.

If you are looking for a Townhouse Inspection I have two options. If you would like the interior and exterior inspected, it will be treated like a single family Home Inspection. But if the exterior is covered under the association fees then you have the option of saving yourself some money by going with a interior only inspection. So take a look at my Home Inspection Sample Report of an interior inspection of a town house. A townhouse can be a recent build or an older home that has been converted into a townhouse.

I have also done many Condo Inspections over the years. And so you can see what you should expect from a Condo Inspection I have added a Home Inspection Sample Report of one of my Condo Inspections. These are priced the same as an interior inspection. Some condos have their own furnaces and hot water heaters. But if they have common heat and hot water you can save an additional $25.

Since we live in Minnesota there is bound to be times when I have to do a Home Inspection after it has snowed. And since snow covers up many components that are inspected I feel it is necessary to include a sample report of a home inspection that has been done after a snow fall. This particular home was out of my normal Home Inspection Area but the buyer wanted me to do the inspection. This was a large home of 4,400 square feet and had an extra large garage in the back.
