One of the best ways I have to convince you that I am the right inspector for you is to have you take a look at one of my Home Inspection Sample Reports or take a look at my Home Inspection Information page for even more information. In the sample report you will find that I look at many more items than most other home inspectors. I take my time and make sure I look at as many items as I can get access to. That means I don’t just look at one or two electrical outlets in a room. If I can get at them, I check them. And the same goes for the windows and doors. This is why my inspections take an average of 3 to 4 hours for a single family home, depending on the age, condition and size. Most of my inspections end up being a Minneapolis Home Inspection simply because it is the largest market in the state of Minnesota.
